They provide different types of care across their 90+ Care Homes. Providing a wide range of support to their residents, they offer –

• Residential Care
• Nursing Care
• Respite Care
• Specialist Dementia Care

You will be responsible for the commercial and financial performance of the home including occupancy levels and operating profit whilst ensuring regulatory compliance and good quality standards. They are currently supporting 60+ elderly adults with Dementia.Your responsibilities will involve, but will not be limited to –

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Home.
• Lead and manage a team of dedicated Care professionals.
• Exhibit unwavering commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care for our residents.
• Cultivate strong relationships with staff, residents, and their families.
• Play a pivotal role in ensuring the home’s success
