The Opportunity:
The Career Services team at our Prescott AZ campus is currently recruiting for a Career Counselor to assist in carrying out the strategic initiatives and operations of Career Services for Embry -Riddle Aeronautical University’s Prescott AZ. campus. The counselor will work with and advise students in various degree areas on career activities, including advising students and early alumni on their career planning and development, full-time and co-op/internship search, and professional activities. They will develop, track, and strengthen relationships with employers that recruit students and alumni for career opportunities in the degree areas they manage. Will be given additional assignments with office operations as needed such as supervising peer advisors, organizing and leading career expo and other events offered by career services as director needs. Meet career services standards and key performance indicators as set forth from the Director.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science Degree, 1-3 years of experience preferred in career Services in a higher education environment or related industry such as human resources, sales or counseling.
