Career Development Intern (Spring 2025) – UNPAID

• • Able to work in-person at the IRC Richmond Office at least 15 hours a week Monday through Friday 9AM-5PM for at least three months.

  • • Strong interest in working with international clientswith varying levels of digital literacy, and proven ability to work with consideration and respect for cross-cultural differences.

  • • Excellent communication skills, through written communication, phone calls, and public speaking/presentations to small groups.

  • • Experience with and/or knowledge related tocover letter & resume writing, completing onlinejob applications, and/or interview skills.

  • • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

  • • Skilled with technology, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word.

  • This position is open to current college students, recent graduates, and non-student applicants.

This position is unpaid and reports to the Career Development Specialist.
