Position Requirements

 

  • Demonstrated experience delivering high quality career counselling and career education support.
  • Sound knowledge of employability skill development, labour market trends and developments in career education and service delivery.
  • Outstanding oral, written, and online communication skills to develop and deliver innovative career education programs and workshops using virtual and face to face blended service delivery modes.
  • High-level interpersonal skills and excellent customer service to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, organise and prioritise work, both individually and across a national team, to meet quality objectives within specified time frames.
  • Eligibility for professional membership of the National Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (NAGCAS) or other relevant professional body.
