Who we are: YMCA Ireland delivers life changing work across the island of Ireland through regional work and local associations. Founded in 1873 Carrickfergus YMCA has celebrated over 150 years serving young people and the local community in the Borough. We believe that all young people deserve to have a safe place to live and the opportunity to reach their full potential.

What we do: Through informal education, we help individuals develop competences, skills, and understanding by offering a range of activities, including youth programmes, afterschool clubs, community education, vocational skills training, and leadership development.

What we’re looking for: We are seeking a dedicated leader to support and inspire our team, enabling staff and volunteers to deliver programmes and services that make a real difference in people’s lives. You will be a compassionate leader who shares our Christian ethos and passion for supporting children, young people, and families.
