Case managements provide appropriate advice, Support and resources to individuals who are experiencing personal difficulties to help them overcome their problems, Case management work with specific groups of clients including children, and elderly

The nature of the work varies according to setting. Person Specification.

Typical duties include:

• Assessing, counseling and offering advice to clients.
• Arranging appropriate care, resources or benefits.
• Liaising with relatives, colleges and other professionals.
• Report writing.
• Attending or contributing towards court cases.
• Typical employers of case workers.
• Local authorities.
• Key skills for case workers.
• Able to cope with traumatic situations.
• Problem solving.
• Analytical skills.
• Maintain accurate records, cases/beneficiaries’ files, and clean on the weekly basis the client folder.

Computer literacy (Word, Excel)

– Respect and a non-discriminatory attitude

– Ability to manage people and build their knowledge and skills

– Good interpersonal and communication skills

-Good reporting skills

-Ability to show empathy

-Ability to work under pressure

-Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)

-Working knowledge of English (written and spoken)

 Note: Only graduates with a Bachelor’s degree can become case management.
