The Opportunity
As a Case Manager, you will:
- Provide tailored support to vulnerable individuals and families.
- Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and service providers.
- Assess needs, develop care plans, and monitor progress.
- Work with a caseload of young people in therapeutic care.
What’s Needed to Succeed:
- A diploma in Community Services or a graduate degree in psychology, social work, or related discipline.
- Experience supporting adolescents and families with trauma.
- Knowledge of inter-generational trauma and relevant legislation.
