About the Company

MATES in Construction is a national suicide prevention organisation, focused on delivering evidence-based suicide awareness and prevention programs. They deliver an integrated program of community development and support, utilising training as a tool to raise awareness about suicide and mental health in the building and construction industry.

The MATES program is a peer-led, workplace suicide prevention and early intervention program developed to reduce the risk of suicide among construction industry workers. Using a brokerage model, you will assess workers needs and issues and work with them to develop an appropriate plan. As a Case Manager, you will also deliver psychoeducation through established training programs to create opportunities for conversations and encourage help-seeking and early intervention.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with external service providers, as well as stakeholders at new and existing sites to support delivery of the MATES program
