ABOUT THE TEAM

Walytjapiti means full family, group or gathering of relations. Strength, culture and land are also implicit in the word. The Walytjapiti team deliver trauma informed therapeutic case management with families across nine remote communities in the Northern Territory, APY and NG lands.

Walytjapiti work in partnership with families to build on their strengths to care for and grow up strong children connected to family, country and culture.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are now recruiting for a Case Manager to join our Child and Family Wellbeing Service. This role is based in Alice Springs but will require extensive travel to communities in the NPY region. You will work with families and children who are at risk of child protection intervention, working to support and strengthen families in order for children to remain safe, happy and protected in their families and communities. ABOUT YOU

You will have a background in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or Community Development and/or relevant experience.
