Cash and Livelihoods Technical Assistant Libya Misrata

1. Role and responsibilities

NRC Libya is looking to hire a Cash and Livelihoods Technical Assistant who will be conducting day-to-day activities under cash and livelihoods programs. The Cash and Livelihoods TA will be directly supervising the volunteers. Under the supervision of the Cash and Livelihoods team leader and the cash and livelihoods officer, s/he will ensure that the conduct assessment and registration, hold the cash card inventory, conduct the distribution, monitoring and troubleshooting of technical card issues, as well as implementing livelihoods and assets recovery support activities.
