With a core audience revolving around Generation Z and young millennials – a rapidly evolving demographic in a fast-changing world, our client is at the forefront of embracing innovations, with a strong belief in advanced technologies, AI, and cryptocurrencies.Due to continued expansion globally we are searching for a Casino Marketing Manager to join their already established team.As the Casino Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for crafting comprehensive marketing plans and executing promotional initiatives to drive sales from both new and existing players.Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Casino Marketing Manager will be entrusted with shaping and executing the marketing strategy for their crypto casino brand. This role necessitates close collaboration with various marketing functions across the global and regional teams to ensure a cohesive and effective approach across all channels.Working closely with acquisition, social media, content, affiliates, media buying, and CRM teams, the Casino Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that marketing initiatives are aligned with overarching business objectives and tailored to resonate with diverse audiences on both a global and regional scale.Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive sales and engagement.
• Create a promotional calendar designed to maximise profitability and attract new and existing players.
• Collaborate closely with acquisition, social media, content, affiliates, media buying, and CRM teams to ensure alignment and synergy in marketing efforts.
• Analyse marketing performance metrics and utilize data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and strategies.
• Produce detailed reports on marketing activities and performance for stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of direct experience in casino management, preferably within the crypto space.
• Strong analytical skills with a numbers-driven approach to marketing.
• Proven experience in creating successful promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in content writing and a high level of proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Thorough understanding of online marketing practices and web technologies.
• Results-driven and committed, with a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve objectives.
