Position Summary:
The Research Assistant will be an integral part of the Migrant Oral Health Project. This research project aims to assess the oral health refugees, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in this project. This incumbent is required to actively visit community organizations located in Montreal.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outreach: Establish and maintain relationships with refugee organizations to promote the project.
2. Recruitment: Actively recruit qualified participants to participate in the project.
3. Data Collection: Support the research team with data collection at the university.

1. Language Proficiency: Fluency in French and English is required. Proficiency in other languages is highly desirable.

3. Education: Health-related discipline is desirable but not a requirement, as training will be provided.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
5. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
