About The Role
An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen to join the Retail Team at Falmouth Exeter Plus as a Casual Retail Assistant. Based at the Penryn campus, the successful candidates will share our passion for great customer service and will be a highly valued and crucial part of the team, but also self-motivated providing the opportunity to expand their knowledge of a retail environment.
 
This role is extremely customer focused and staff will strive to be professional, charismatic, dedicated, trusted and approachable in every aspect of their work. You will have excellent knowledge of our products and be able to make recommendations to customers so that they have a great experience when visiting the shop.
About You
We are looking for candidates who have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to confidently engage with customers. You will be extremely reliable and, once trained, able to work with minimum supervision and be able to provide a friendly, first-rate customer service and work well under pressure, having an organised approach.
 
Working on a casual basis, you will need to be able to be flexible in your approach to working hours with the advantage of being able to adapt your working day based on your availability.

These positions are offered on a casual hourly paid basis. The working hours will be based on the business needs and your university studies.
