Casual Worker – Facilitator – Ninewa/Hamdaniya

Description

  • Develop clubs for the program, and capable of running, supervising, and coaching the education and IMPACT+ programs.
  • Assist with the tool assessment in collaboration with the MEAL team.
  • Plan and arrange sessions/training/awareness campaigns for the students and teachers. Keep and file records and correspondences related to the project.
  • Provide M&E all necessary data required for reports
  • Ensure that weekly and monthly planning and feedback meetings take place for the project team. Collect attendance sheet for sessions and prepare trackers for activity records.

Attend required trainings on project modules. Conduct any other tasks required by the supervisor. Encourage the participation of students throughout the programme, communication activities such as students meetings, information campaigns, use of educational materials etc.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor Degree in education or related fields.
  • Trained and experienced casuals, Some prior knowledge of protection, SGBV, MHPSS, and community development,
  • Strong communication skills, Good listening skills, Sensitivity to the needs and priorities of different sectors of the community. Arabic language is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills with children of different age groups and adults (staff and community members).
  • Good interpersonal skills and cross-cultural sensitivity.
  • Ability to work in difficult and high risk situations.
  • Ability to cope and work under pressure.
  • Well-organized, self-motivated and ability to work in a team.
  • Familiar with Humanitarian Principles and standards.
