Location: CheltenhamEmployer: School/NurserySalary / Rate of pay: £11.50 – £12 per hourPlatinum Recruitment is working with a School and Nursery in the Cheltenham area and we have an opportunity for a Catering Assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.What’s in it for you?

Package

• £11.50 – £12 Per Hour

What’s involved?As a Catering Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive dining experience for the children at the school/nursery. Your main duties will be setting up the dining room and trolleys for breakfast, lunch and tea. You will support the kitchen by preparing sandwiches, fruit and vegetables, support with recording diligence and be able to follow H&S and food safety requirements. Your responsibilities will encompass kitchen assistance, ensuring cleanliness, and contributing to a welcoming dining environment within the school community.

• Prior experience in catering or hospitality
• Right to Work in the UK
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to your work
• A valid enhanced DBS certificate
• Food hygiene certificate
