La Chaîne de l’Espoir (CDE) would like to invite interested suppliers in Iraq to submit their offers to the following attached request for bid regarding the supply/Transport/Installation of Medical Waste Incinerator in Sinjar hospital as part of CDE organization program implementations in IRAQ.
This Invitation to Bid announcement contains the following attachments:
1- Incinerator technical Specification required.
2- Incinerator WASTE ROOM (within the hospital) layout/design.
General Information to the supplier:

CDE organization is requiring a door to door service, which means the supplier is required to deliver and Install the Incinerator on site at the final delivery location which is at Sinjar hospital. where the supplier will be in charge in terms of obtaining any required access permits to transport the Incinerator to Sinjar.

The supplier offer should include the cost (Including Taxes) for the supply, Transport and installation for the Incinerator.
The supplier offer should include answers for below questions:
- Brand/Model regarding the offered Incinerator.
- Manufacture origin regarding the offered Incinerator.
- (Bid Data sheet) Breakdown cost for the supply/Transport/Delivery/Installation of the Incinerator?
- Ability to Deliver the Incinerator on site in Sinjar hospital?
- Warranty period?
- Service Provision of Installation , commissioning and training to operate the Incinerator on site?
- Payment Conditions?
- Delivery Time?
- presence valid Company registration.
