MSF ou Médecins Sans Frontières est une organisation humanitaire internationale qui apporte une aide médicale d’urgence à des populations confrontées à des crises menaçant leur survie, et ce, depuis bientôt cinquante ans. D’ailleurs Médecins Sans Frontières a reçu le prix Nobel de la Paix en 1999. Zones de conflits armés, épidémies, pandémies, catastrophes naturelles ou accès limité aux soins de santé, voici nos terrains d’intervention. Toutes ces situations nécessitent des ressources médicales et logistiques adaptées dont les autorités sanitaires et les ministères de la Santé ne disposent pas, ou pas en nombre suffisant, c’est pourquoi une assistance médicale internationale est essentielle aux populations.
Si vous avez entendu parler des actions humanitaires MSF, c’est parce que MSF prend la parole publiquement pour tenter de faire sortir une crise de l’oubli, alerter l’opinion sur des exactions commises loin des caméras, critiquer les insuffisances du système de l’aide, ou lorsque l’assistance est détournée de son objectif premier pour servir des intérêts politiques.
Réunies autour d’une même charte, les équipes de MSF sont composées de personnel médical, logistique et administratif venant de tous les continents. Volontaires internationaux ou employés localement, ces équipes apportent leurs secours dans le respect des principes de l’action humanitaire et de l’éthique médicale.

Context & Mission
The request for supply support from mission and cells have increased exponentially in the last 5 years following the increase of the complexity of the global supply chain. Either for the international supply chain (changes onimportation regulation, development of regional markets, more protectionism in our countries of intervention…) or the local one (intersection collaboration, security issues, multiplication of emergencies managed by regular cells, complexification of the type of intervention leading to the increase of the size of the item catalogue…).
The Cell Supply Referents is the first line support to field and cell team for all subject related to the Supply chain.
Main Responsibilities
· Spearhead primary supply support to countries within the cell.
· Conduct thorough assessments of missions to pinpoint gaps within the MSF Supply Chain standards and competencies.
· Collaborate with missions, cell, and HQ representatives to devise action plans aimed at enhancing the country’s Supply Chain.
· Offer tailored recommendations and implementation assistance on strategies, policies, and training.
· Ensure the Mission Supply Strategy is aligned with operational needs and social mission priorities.
· Engage in operational discussions and provide support for Plans of Action, Mid-Year Reviews, and (Copro’s).
· Facilitate effective communication among missions, cells, and the Supply Chain Unit.
· Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to Supply Chain stakeholders.
Your Profile
Education
· Tertiary degree in Supply Chain Management or supply area or equivalent professional qualification/certification an advantage
· Training qualification an advantage
Experience
· 2 years MSF field experience in supply management or supervisory position mandatory
· Strong experience in MSF emergencies an advantage
Skills/ Technical competencies
· UniField knowledge mandatory

Terms of Employment
· Full-time position 100% (40h/week)
· Open-ended contract

· Gross annual salary (for 100%): from CHF 93’504.- to CHF 107’280.- (salary commensurate with equivalent experience and internal salary grid)
· Paid vacation: 25 days per year, prorate temporis, plus any Swiss public holidays falling within the contract period.
· Pension plan: pension contribution covered 3/4 by MSF, 1/4 by staff member
· Relocation package if moving from a different country to Switzerland.
