Center guard

Overview:
The Iraqi Institution for Development (IID) is seeking a diligent and responsible Security Guard for our Service Delivery Centre in Mosul. The Security Guard will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of the centre, its staff, visitors, and equipment. This role involves monitoring security systems, coordinating with local Iraqi security forces during emergencies, and maintaining a secure environment for our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Centre Security:

   • Monitor and control access to the service delivery centre, ensuring that only authorized personnel and visitors are permitted entry.
   • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure the safety and security of the staff, visitors, and centre assets.
   • Respond promptly to any security breaches, alarms, or other emergencies.

2. Surveillance and Monitoring:

   • Operate and monitor security cameras and alarm systems.
   • Identify and report any suspicious activities or security threats.

3. Coordination with Authorities:

   • Coordinate with the Iraqi security police and other relevant authorities in the event of an emergency.
   • Ensure that all incidents are documented and reported to the Logistics and Center Manager.

4. Support and Assistance:

   • Provide assistance and support to staff and visitors as needed, ensuring their safety and well-being.
   • Help with crowd control during events or busy periods.

5. Equipment Protection:

   • Safeguard all centre equipment and ensure it is protected against theft, vandalism, and damage.
   • Conduct regular checks to ensure all security equipment is functioning properly.

6. Compliance and Reporting:

   • Maintain accurate logs of all security-related activities and incidents.
   • Report regularly to the Logistics and Director with updates and any issues that need addressing.

تسعى المؤسسة العراقية للتنمية (IID) إلى الحصول على حارس أمن مجتهد ومسؤول لمركز تقديم الخدمات في الموصل. سيقوم حارس الأمن بدور حاسم في ضمان سلامة وأمان المركز وموظفيه وزواره ومعداته. يتضمن هذا الدور مراقبة أنظمة الأمان والتنسيق مع القوات الأمنية العراقية المحلية خلال حالات الطوارئ، والحفاظ على بيئة آمنة لعملياتنا.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

أمن المركز:

مراقبة والتحكم في الدخول إلى مركز تقديم الخدمات، مضمنًا أن يُسمح فقط بدخول الموظفين والزوار المُعتمدين. القيام بدوريات دورية في الممتلكات لضمان سلامة وأمان الموظفين والزوار وأصول المركز. الاستجابة الفورية لأي انتهاكات للأمان، أو إنذارات، أو حالات طوارئ أخرى. المراقبة والرصد:

تشغيل ومراقبة كاميرات الأمان وأنظمة الإنذار. تحديد والإبلاغ عن أي أنشطة مشبوهة أو تهديدات أمنية. التنسيق مع السلطات:

التنسيق مع شرطة الأمن العراقية والجهات الرسمية الأخرى ذات الصلة في حالات الطوارئ. ضمان توثيق جميع الحوادث والإبلاغ عنها لمدير اللوجستيات والمركز. الدعم والمساعدة:

تقديم المساعدة والدعم للموظفين والزوار حسب الحاجة، مضمنًا سلامتهم ورفاهيتهم. المساعدة في التحكم في التجمعات خلال الفعاليات أو الفترات المزدحمة. حماية المعدات:

حماية جميع معدات المركز وضمان حمايتها ضد السرقة والتخريب والضرر. إجراء فحوصات دورية لضمان تشغيل جميع معدات الأمان بشكل صحيح. الامتثال والإبلاغ:

الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لجميع الأنشطة والحوادث ذات الصلة بالأمان. الإبلاغ بانتظام إلى مدير اللوجستيات والمدير بالتحديثات وأي مشاكل تحتاج إلى التعامل معها.

أخرى:

مطلوب الالتزام بمبادئ وقيم IID بالإضافة إلى تعزيز العدالة بين الجنسين وحقوق المرأة. فهم والالتزام بالتمويل والتنوع والعدالة بين الجنسين وسلامة الطفل ومبادئ صحة الموظفين ورفاهيتهم.

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a security role, preferably in a similar environment.
• Basic understanding of security protocols and emergency procedures.
• Familiarity with operating security cameras and surveillance equipment.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in stressful situations.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to security.
• Proficiency in coordinating with local security forces.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and monitoring purposes.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform patrols and other physical tasks as required.
• Proficiency in Arabic; knowledge of English is an advantage.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a resident of Mosul or willing to relocate.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity at all times.

• شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
• خبرة سابقة في دور أمني، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئة مشابهة.
• فهم أساسي للبروتوكولات الأمنية وإجراءات الطوارئ.
• الإلمام بتشغيل كاميرات الأمن ومعدات المراقبة.

المهارات المفضلة:

• مهارات مراقبة قوية وانتباه للتفاصيل.
• مهارات تواصل وتفاعل ممتازة.
• القدرة على البقاء هادئًا واتخاذ قرارات سريعة في المواقف العصيبة.
• معرفة بالقوانين واللوائح المحلية المتعلقة بالأمن.
• الكفاءة في التنسيق مع قوات الأمن المحلية.
• مهارات حاسوبية أساسية لأغراض التقارير والمراقبة.
• لياقة بدنية والقدرة على القيام بدوريات وغيرها من المهام البدنية المطلوبة.
• إتقان اللغة العربية؛ ومعرفة اللغة الإنجليزية ميزة إضافية.

متطلبات إضافية:

• يجب أن يكون مقيماً في الموصل أو مستعدًا للانتقال.
• القدرة على العمل لساعات مرنة، بما في ذلك الليالي وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والأعياد.
• الالتزام بالحفاظ على السرية والنزاهة في جميع الأوقات.
