Role Purpose:
Support, follow-up, and coordinate the operations of the Ruya Center for Adolescents, provide the necessary needs, ensure the provision of safety and security requirements, and improve the quality of outputs to provide quality and distinct services to the beneficiaries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Assist the center manager in organizing and monitoring activities.
– Follow up the activities of girls’ adolescents.
– Preparing reports on the activities of girls’ adolescents.
– Organize and participate in activities, initiatives, and parties.
– Constant communication with adolescents and their parents.
– Participation in adolescent training sessions as needed.
– Following up with adolescents, archiving their data, and keeping them current.
– Contributing to the work development process with the center manager.
– Take and archive the meeting minutes.
– Adhering to the organization’s code of conduct.
– Ensuring that accountability and safeguarding procedures are adhered to and followed, and that any observation is reported.
– Preserving the dignity of the beneficiaries and not causing any harm.
– Respect and apply all principles of protection from sexual exploitation and abuse and the child protection policy, and the obligation to report any incident of sexual exploitation or abuse or any breach of the protection policy.
– Adhere to all Takaful Al Sham organization policies and abide by administrative orders and disciplinary procedures in the event of any violations.
– A pledge to abide by the zero-tolerance policy adopted by the Takaful Al Sham organization in cases of sexual exploitation and abuse, and immediate reporting in the event of any violation in this regard.
– Executing any other tasks assigned to her by the line manager.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
– Bachelor’s degree (or institute).
– Experience of not less than two years working as a supervisor.
– Knowing and adhering to the principles of humanitarian work.
– Strong computer skills.
– Teamwork and organizing skills.
