- Be responsible for overseeing and having an understanding for all events at all properties
- To work closely with the Events team on property to ensure the smooth running of events
- To minimise any external cost and to maintain expenses within agreed budget lines
- To provide accurate reports on weekly activity undertaken and activity for the future
- To assist production of monthly review on sales results
- Responsible for the team on a daily basis
- Work with the Commercial Director to maximise revenue in all areas of the business
Central Events Manager (non-operational) – About you
- Experience managing in a busy high end events department
- Confident ability in managing financials of a business
- You will have a keen eye for detail, organisational skills and confident in communicating with the team
- Have excellent understanding of Opera and Salesforce
