Your objective

As our Centre Director of our Southern Cross Early Learning service, you’ll lead the charge in delivering high-quality, play-based educational programs, that will also include implementing our Sanctuary Model of trauma informed care.Your role goes beyond managing daily operations, it’s about leading a team of devoted Educators and fostering a collaborative and innovative learning environment for our children, their families and our staff.

Your background and experience

To thrive in this role, we’re looking for someone who has a wealth of experience in managing and leading teams. Your passion and commitment to the National Quality Standards, the Early Years Learning Framework/My Time, Our Place Framework, and dedication to implementing these processes will be crucial to your success.
