The successful candidate will need to develop the headspace Wonthaggi strategic plan, business plan and annual workplan in conjunction with RAV’s senior management, Gippsland Primary Health Network, consortium partners and headspace National Office, and ensure deliverables and key performance indicators are achieved.

This opportunity is based in Wonthaggi and is permanent, full-time, including Tuesday evenings and attending relevant events.

  • Detailed understanding of the Australian health care system, particularly the primary health and mental health areas, including the range of professionals and organisations that work within, or come contact with the sector.

We provide

  • Competitive salary including meal/entertainment and salary packaging.
  • Hybrid and flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.
  • Generous employment conditions and benefits including additional paid leave benefits – parental, study, personal and compassionate, flexible, family violence leave as well as paid ex-gratia leave between Christmas and New Year.
  • Access to professional development and training including our Registered Training Organisation programs where we provide accredited and non-accredited courses.
  • Best practice clinical supervision and support through a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program.
