CALL FOR PROPOSAL FROM CSOs/NGOs – CFP/CDLG/2402/9 – Empowering communities for local governance and development (ECLGD) in Northern, North Central, Eastern, and Uva Provinces
UNDP partners with people at all levels of society to help build nations that can withstand crisis, and drive and sustain the kind of growth that improves the quality of life for everyone. On the ground in 177 countries and territories, we offer global perspective and local insight to help empower lives and build resilient nations.
This Call for Proposal (CFP) is specifically related to UNDP Capacity Development of Local Governments (CDLG) project, to strengthen local service delivery and local economic infrastructure and enhance bottom-up approaches to support public engagement in local decision-making processes, including through participatory planning and feedback mechanisms for service delivery.
In this context, the United Nations Development Programme in Sri Lanka invites eligible National and/or international NGOs and CSOs to submit their Information and proposals to partner with UNDP to implement project activities outlined in this negotiation.
Proposals must be submitted directly in Quantum Supplier Portal following this link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org using the profile you may have in the portal. Follow the instructions in the user guide to search for the tender using Negotiation ID in this document.
