You will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of change management initiatives across a multi-service site. The role ensures change activities are conducted efficiently, minimize disruption, and align with the site’s operational and strategic objectives. Acting as a central point of contact, you ensure that stakeholders are informed, processes are followed, and outcomes are monitored.What you’ll do:
