Seeking a Change Analyst for the Aged Care Reforms Project: A Fixed term Full time contract to February 2025.

Base Location: Sydney CBD (Minimum 2 days in the office per week) Parramatta CBD to engage with team activities on an occasional basis.  Need to have flexibility to work between both locations.

Join us in the Senior Services Directorate – Aged Care, working on the exciting Reforms project. We are seeking a dynamic Change Analyst to play a crucial role in driving successful change initiatives.

Role Purpose:

As a Change Analyst, you will be a key player in ensuring that change initiatives within the Reforms project achieve their desired benefits. Your focus will be on the people side of change, encompassing systems, business processes, policies, procedures, and responsibilities. Working closely with the Change management Lead and Change manager on the project, you will support impacted employees through the stages of awareness, action, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of change management strategies and plans.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact and readiness assessments.
  • Develop engagement and communication plans.
  • Provide training and support for impacted staff.
  • Drive faster adoption, higher utilisation, and proficiency with the changes.
  • Contribute to increased benefit realisation, value creation, ROI, and achievement of results.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant degree in communication, psychology, business, or equivalent.
  • 3 or more years of experience in a change management-related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organised, systematic, thorough, accurate, and disciplined.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with survey tools and creating survey questions.
  • Experience in implementing organisational change, such as system or process change.

Desired Skills:

  • Certification in Prosci is a plus.
