Change Delivery Manager – Governance & AssuranceSalary up to £47,000We have an exciting secondment opportunity to join the Governance & Assurance (G&A) IWR (Insurance, Wealth & Retirement) Transformation Team as a Change Delivery Manager. This role will involve delivering both Change management and potentially ‘business as usual’ (BAU) support to the IWR G&A function to deliver strategic priorities.One of the projects will support the integration of the Aviva Protection UK Ltd (formally AIGL) business within the IWR/Aviva estate.We’re looking for someone who is seeking an opportunity to utilise their existing skills whilst building new ones across the depth and breadth of our team to help the business deliver their plans safely, at pace.A bit about the job:Working as part of the IWR Governance & Assurance team, the role-holder will lead change projects whilst supporting the G&A Senior Leadership Team with BAU challenges that come from working in a multi-disciplined, fast-paced and ever-changing environment.This role is a great opportunity to work across the IWR business and a wide range of disciplines that are core to our first-line G&A function.Some duties and responsibilities include:Managing and supporting elements of the Aviva Protection UK Ltd (formally AIGL) integration within our Protection business, a key strategic priority for IWR.Scoping and shaping strategically important projects and defining appropriate delivery approach for each, ensuring solutions remain risk-based and customer outcome-focused throughout.Supporting the G&A function with change-related activity in the BAU environment.Clear and effective communication to key stakeholders and delivery of high-quality solutions against challenging deadlines.Identification of emerging risks, ensuring delivery of appropriate actions to mitigate these.Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Proven experience of business integrations and/or migrations or large-scale programmes.
• Experience working with risk management frameworks within the Financial Services industry.
• Superb senior stakeholder and relationship management experience i.e., be confident communicating and engaging with our IWR Senior Aviva leaders and subject matter experts.
• A self-starter, able to take the initiative and lead a piece of work from start to finish, both individually and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail, matched with excellent presentation and report writing skills.
