About the role:
The Chaplain will provide quality person-centred Chaplaincy/ Pastoral Care that meets the needs of our residents, clients and their families, as well as our staff and volunteers, and is consistent with BaptistCare’s Purpose and Values.
The position is – Casual role as required supporting our residents and clients around Queanbeyan and Canberra.

The successful applicant will have:
- Preferred tertiary qualifications in chaplaincy or theology, and/or experience in chaplaincy and/or pastoral care
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of Christian spiritual maturity with a pastoral heart
- Active involvement in and recommendation from a local Christian Church
- Current checks, or willing to obtain WWCC, WWVP and NDIS checks
- Experience working in collaborative, multi-disciplinary settings
- Willingness to undergo a police check
