Forseven, a revolutionary company looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, are seeking an exceptional Project Engineer – Chassis to join our highly skills and dynamic Engineering team.This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of one of our offices near Leamington or Bicester where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.Reporting to the Project Manager – Chassis, you will be responsible for supporting and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring their successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelineWhat you will do:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and create detailed project plans
• Supporting towards the engineering responsibility of full vehicle chassis systems e.g. springs, dampers, brakes, steering, suspension systems, etc
• Monitoring project progress, identify risks and issues, and propose effective solutions
• Preparing project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules
• Maintaining project communication channels and ensure proper documentation of project updates and decisions
• Contributing to continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience within the automotive or manufacturing industry
• Chassis experience (Desirable)
• Proven experience in project management or project coordination role
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA)
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
