Carbon60 is working with a well renowned worldwide MRO company to find a Check Management Support Engineer in Manchester.In the role of Check Management Support Engineer you will be working alongside the Check Manager, Commercial and materials Co-Ordinator to oversee effective project and delivery of aircrafts back to customer within the agreed timescale.Duties and Responsibilities of Check Management Support Engineer:– Work alongside customer to ensure all over and above tasks are signed off onsite by rep before work commencing and before any potential over-runs.
– Create and Maintain task card over-runs for commercial and base management review.
– Advise on non productive bookings.
– Monitor budget on task card.
– Produce daily customer status reports keeping to schedule.
-Daily progress meeting with Check Manager and customer.Skills of Check Management Support Engineer:-Apprenticeship or equivalent in aviation or similar mechanical engineering field
– Ability to work in an ever changing environment and adaptability to meet the changing needs.
– Having strong organisational and people skills.
– Awareness of commercial needs.
-Must have a full UK Driving Licence.
