As a Chef with Sodexo at Swinton Barracks in Perham Down, you are ambitious about culinary excellence.. and we understand the true strength it takes to be a chef! You’ll be providing this service for our armed forces personnel, improving their quality of life every day!What you’ll do:

• Assistance with running service/preparation/other duties of the busy working kitchen
• Ensuring strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
• Working with the FOH team to drive the service excellence
• Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
• Prepare, produce and present food to the highest standard

What you bring:

• NVQ lv 2/3 or a busy kitchen environment experience
• Basic IT skills
• Experience in menu production and confident input
• Exposure to bulk cooking
• The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills

• £12.60 per hour
• 40 hours per week
• Any hours worked out of contracted hours will be paid time and a half
• 5 days out of 7
• 06:00-14:30 or 11:00-19:30 (must be able to do both shift patterns)
