Salary: £36,500 + £3,000 SCPlatinum Recruitment is working with one of Scotland’s most beautiful castle hotels and we have an opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join their team.What’s in it for you?An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a very exciting time for the hotel in Scotland. You will work closely with the Head Chef to always deliver consistent 3 AA Rosette level food.Package

• Salary £36,500 per annum
• £3,000 Service Charge

What we’re looking for:To succeed in this role, you will have knowledge and ability to work well within the team paying close attention to detail. Experience at a 3 AA Rosette of Michelin level would be ideal as the menu changes almost daily offering guests a variety of different flavours.What’s involved?You will work in a small team to create 3 AA Rosette level dishes for the restaurant and tasting menus.
