As part of a large business, there is plenty of opportunity for future career progression!What’s involved?As a Chef in HMP site, you will need the ability to work inside a prison kitchen, supporting the kitchen – whilst helping prisoners in food production and cooking – therefore having a positive and proactive approach.You will work in a team with other chefs and catering assistants, following strict hygiene and safety standards. You will monitor the levels of food, organise storage, order new supplies, plan meal patterns, prepare and cook various dishes, and serve meals in a timely manner.You will need to have relevant qualifications and experience in food preparation and cooking, as well as undergo security clearance.Sound like the role for you?
