You will be working in a stunning setting based in the Bracknell countryside as part of a innovative culinary team.The salary for this role is up to £30,000 dependent on your skills and experience.Main responsibilities for the Chef de Partie role are:

• Collaborate with our kitchen team to design and execute innovative menus that showcase culinary excellence.
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes with precision, ensuring both taste and visual appeal.
• Lead your section during service, maintaining efficiency, consistency, and adherence to strict food safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels to reduce waste and enhance kitchen efficiency.
• Mentor and inspire junior chefs, sharing your expertise and passion for cooking.

Skills required for the Chef de Partie role are: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, with strong knowledge of diverse cooking techniques and cuisines.
A genuine love for food and a desire to stay ahead of the latest culinary trends.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality dishes.
