Quite simply, food is our passion.Come and join us as a Chef Manager working in a new and exclusive contract for an insurance company in the heart of Houndsditch.This will be a fully renovated greenfield site offering on trend staff dining , barista coffee and extensive client hospitality. Hospitality & fine dining will be part of your role and making sure VIP guests are catered for and looked after. We need a real foody!Key responsibilities

• Lead the catering team by creating an environment in which they can perform at their best

• Ensure we deliver the best catering service within budget

• Create a high-quality service and food offering so that it constantly exceeds customers’ expectations.

• Design exciting and innovative menus and cook exceptional food to the highest standards. Hospitality & fine dining will be part of your role and making sure VIP guests are catered for and looked after.

• Always ensure compliance with all Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and other regulations, policies and procedures.

• Build and maintain excellent client and customer relationships so that you work in partnership and deliver a service that meets their needs.
