Chief Digital Banking Officer

Kaebauk is seeking a dynamic Chief Digital Banking Officer to lead our digital transformation strategy. Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, this senior executive role focuses on enhancing digital banking services, improving customer experiences, and driving innovation through emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the Kaebauk’s overall objectives.
• Identify and prioritize digital opportunities to enhance business growth and efficiency.
• Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of digital channels, including mobile banking, online banking, and digital payment systems.
• Develop and execute strategies to introduce and promote digital channels to clients, ensuring high adoption rates
• Engage with internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, customer service, IT) to ensure cohesive implementation and support for digital initiatives.
• Communicate with external stakeholders (e.g., regulatory bodies, partners) to ensure compliance and collaboration.
• Identify and assess new digital business opportunities, including partnerships, product development, and market expansion.
• Ensure that all digital operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Manage digital risks, including cybersecurity threats, by implementing robust security measures and protocols.

Qualifications and skills:

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree in a relevant field can be advantageous.
• Relevant Certifications in IT & Banking Software programming or other industry-specific credentials can be beneficial.
• Ability to analyze data and derive insights for business growth and optimization.
• Ability to develop and implement strategies for digital transformation and growth.

Experience:

A minimum experience of 7 years in relevant field.
