Title: Chief Executive Officer, Global Connections

We are looking for a visionary evangelical leader with a heart for global mission, who has the respect and trust of other charity CEOs and church leaders, who can effectively lead our staff team, and who has a proven ability to lead ambitious change through relational and consensus-driven leadership.

The global mission scene is rapidly changing, and we recognise the need to work together for the future of mission within the UK.

We are looking for a leader who understands the global mission scene, with its opportunities and challenges, and who can prepare Global Connections for the future and encourage our network to adapt and progress appropriately.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (part-time hours in excess of 30 hours per week may be considered).

Salary: £43,995 – £48,885 (currently under review) ­
