This is your opportunity to leverage the heritage of this highly recognised and values-based organisation. We are looking for a CEO that can lead and innovate the St John service model to ensure it remains high-quality, financially sustainable, and relevant to the ACT community.
Your entrepreneurial and client-focused style will engage and lead the organisation in delivering on its vision of “Saving Lives Through First Aid” while achieving operational excellence through strategic leadership and financial/ business stewardship.
To be successful in this role, you will be known for your passion for the community, quality executive leadership skills and your proven ability to deliver valued products and services through well-developed business acumen.
You will demonstrate the gravitas and strategic communication skills to be the primary spokesperson for St John in the ACT, and to lead work to build community and stakeholder awareness of St John’s mission and impact in the community. Your extensive knowledge of government and non-profit service delivery will aid you to build effective and collaborative service delivery models and partnerships across the community.
A background in the health, education or community services sector would be an advantage although not essential.
