We are seeking an exceptional individual to embrace the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), a position of real influence and responsibility. As COO, you will lead a dynamic team overseeing Early Childhood Operations and Support Teams, contributing to C&K’s strategic growth during a transformative era in the sector.
Key focus will be on:
- Creating and contributing to strategies that ensure C&K remain at the forefront of early childhood education and care
- Leading the implementation of operations strategy along with providing direction on program delivery, quality and regulation, and regulatory compliance
- Delivering exceptional programs for children, families and carers while balancing efficiencies and strong financial performance
- Fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, innovation and success
Essential to your success in this role will be your leadership and strategic capability that will have been demonstrated in organisations of a similar scale (budget, staffing, business operations breadth, geography). This experience will have encompassed wide scale change involving a large, diverse and geographically dispersed workforce.
We anticipate that underpinning your experience would be a degree in early childhood education or related field and the possession of Blue Card or the ability to obtain one. As a results, service oriented and highly strategic leader, you will inspire others to find effective ways to deliver excellent care and learning for children to enable them to flourish whilst evolving your teams to respond to a changing and complex operating environment.
