Introduction :

The proposed works to improve resilience and provide a more secured environment at the Belles Catholic Church. The buildings within the compound are to be used as an Emergency and/or Hurricane Shelter in the community of Belles in the Commonwealth of Dominica. The works was prepared in accordance with the Standard Method of Measurements of Buildings Works Seventh Editions (SMM7).
