Logistics done differently.Are you an HGV driver fed up of not knowing when you’re working next? Looking for guaranteed hours with a well-respected company that will pay you what you’re worth? We’re looking for full-time, permanent Class 1 HGV ADR Driver to join us at our site in Coleshill! You must have Full ADR as you will be transporting bulk Gas.Pay, benefits and more.You’ll be working on our prestigious Air Liquide contract, trunking gas and Liquid to sites across the UK. You’ll be paid a minimum 48 hours per week, working a fixed shift pattern on either Tuesday – Saturday 06:00 Start or a Sunday – Thursday 06:00 Start, just tell us at interview which you would prefer.In return for your hard work, we’ll offer a salary of £50,012 basic. Overtime paid after your daily minimum of 9.6 hours is achieved, as well as a daily meal allowance. We will require nights out but these are paid at a healthy rate of £33.99/night.You’ll also have access to a variety of high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, holiday pay and many other perks as well as ongoing CPC training.What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Load and discharge Cryogenic & CO2 Gasses across the UK
• Operating our vehicles in a safety compliant manner operating to EU driver hours and ADR regulations
• Proactively responding to changing customer needs
• Complete control of the discharge system, balancing the tank and customer storage to maintain correct pressure and temperature as required.

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• We’ll need you to have a full UK driving licence (with C+E entitlement),
• You’ll have no more than six penalty points on your licence and no DD, DR, IN or CD endorsements.
• Full ADR Including Tanks
• A valid CPC and Digital Tacho card
• Excellent knowledge of the UK road network
