The Governors would like to appoint an inspirational and dedicated teacher to join an excellent team of staff committed to providing learning opportunities to the highest standards. This post is suitable for excellent ECTs as well as more experienced teachers and is full time. The successful candidate will work in one of our Key Stage 1 or 2 classes – this can be discussed at interview.We are looking for a teacher who:
- has the potential to be or is an exceptional classroom practitioner
- has a sound understanding of the National Curriculum and its implementation
- demonstrates excellent teaching using a wide range of teaching methods to motivate and inspire learners
- has the ability to work effectively and contribute positively within a team environment
- sets high expectations for the attitudes and behaviour of everyone
- is able to work well in partnership with staff, governors and parents
- is committed to their own professional development
