The position is to be filled as soon as possible, with an initial contract duration until 31.12.2025.  Employment location will be Erbil,in KRI. The position is paid according to SG1 (1,131,000 IQD) as Gross Salary .

The aims of the position are to maintain the office rooms and premises.

 

Your responsibilities

 

2. Duties and area of responsibility

 

2.1.    Duties with own area of responsibility

 

• Clean office rooms (including furniture, carpets, windows) and compound on a daily basis
• Ensure the availability of supplies in all lavatories
• Report loss or damage of office premises and equipment
• Clean the kitchen
• Report loss or damage of kitchen equipment
• Buy daily use items (upon request)

 

1. 1. Duties without own area of responsibility

 

• Provide logistic support for official events (e.g. proper equipment of meeting rooms, availability of tea/coffee)
• Serve tea/coffee to staff and visitors (upon request)
• Fulfillment of any other tasks which are assigned by the management and correspond in general with the character of this position

 

 

2.3    Specific activities and duties of the position / Position specific qualifications

 

To be filled in or described individually by the Country Director or immediate superior

 

Part time position, 50% for WHH Erbil offices

• Primary school
• 1 to 2 years’ professional experience working in similar position with relevant tasks and responsibilities
• Fluency in Kurdish (written and spoken),
