1. About Islamic Relief Worldwide – Iraq

Islamic Relief Worldwide – Iraq (IRW Iraq) is part of the global Islamic Relief family, a leading international humanitarian and development organization that has been working since 1984 to alleviate poverty and suffering around the world. Operating in Iraq since 2003, IRW Iraq provides life-saving humanitarian assistance and long-term development support to vulnerable communities affected by conflict, displacement, poverty, and climate-related challenges.

IRW Iraq focuses on sectors such as food security and livelihoods, water and sanitation, education, health, child protection, and disaster response. The organization places a strong emphasis on empowering marginalized groups—including women, children, and people with disabilities—through inclusive, participatory, and community-based approaches. Guided by the principles of humanity, impartiality, and social justice, IRW Iraq works closely with local authorities, civil society partners, and affected communities to promote sustainable development and build resilience.

2. Purpose of the Position

 

The primary purpose of the cleaner role is to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the office premises, including offices, kitchens, washrooms, and common areas, contributing to a healthy and safe working environment for all staff and visitors.

 

3. Key Responsibilities

 

1. Daily Cleaning Tasks
   • Sweep, mop, and disinfect all office floors including corridors, workspaces, and entrances.
   • Dust and wipe desks, tables, windowsills, chairs, and office furniture.
   • Empty and clean all wastebaskets and replace liners as needed.
   • Clean and disinfect all toilets, washbasins, and urinals.
   • Refill toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and other hygiene supplies as needed.
   • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas including countertops, sinks, and dining tables.
   • Wash dishes and utensils used in the common kitchen and ensure they are dried and stored properly.

 

1. Weekly Cleaning Tasks
   • Clean and polish windows (interior glass), door handles, and light switches.
   • Clean and sanitize fans, air conditioner vents, and wall fixtures.
   • Deep-clean office chairs, carpets, and any soft furnishings.
   • Organize storage or cleaning supply closets and report any inventory shortages.

 

1. Monthly Tasks or As Required
   • Deep cleaning of kitchen appliances such as the refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettles.
   • Wash and disinfect trash bins.
   • Clean exterior windows, signage, or entranceways if needed.
   • Assist in organizing office space during events, meetings, or reconfigurations.

 

4. Office Hygiene and Safety
   • Maintain high personal hygiene and wear appropriate work attire (uniforms, gloves, masks when required).
   • Ensure that cleaning materials and chemicals are safely stored and clearly labeled.
   • Report any damages or hazards in the office environment (e.g., leaking taps, broken tiles, electrical hazards).
   • Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
   • Participate in any health and safety or hygiene training provided by the organization.

 

5. Supplies and Inventory Management
   • Monitor the stock levels of cleaning materials, toiletries, and kitchen supplies.
   • Promptly notify the Admin or Logistics Officer when replenishment is needed.
   • Take responsibility for the proper use and economy of cleaning supplies.

 

6. Hospitality and Support Tasks
   • Support staff with tea/coffee service for meetings or events when requested.
   • Ensure meeting rooms are cleaned and prepared in advance.
   • Assist with basic logistical tasks such as setting up chairs, rearranging spaces for visitors, and ensuring cleanliness after events.

 

7. Conduct and Representation
   • Maintain professionalism and respect for colleagues and visitors at all times.
   • Ensure confidentiality and privacy within office premises.
   • Represent the values of Islamic Relief: fairness, compassion, accountability, transparency, and respect.
8. Working Conditions
   • Based in Halabja IRW Office.
   • May occasionally be required to support office cleaning after hours or during special events.

 

9. Safeguarding

Islamic Relief has a zero-tolerance policy for all forms of harassment, exploitation, and abuse. The Cleaner is expected to uphold the organization’s safeguarding principles, including child protection and prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA).

 

10. Duration:

The contract will be valid for a period of Five (5) months, during which the Cleaner will be required to work upon request days.

 

11. Payments:
    • This is a daily-based position, with payment calculated on actual working days.
    • Daily Rate: 25,000 IQD per a working day (08:30 a.m. – 03:30 p.m.).

فریاگوزاری ئیسلامی جیهانی – عێراق بەشێکە لە فریاگوزاری ئیسلامی جیهانی، کە ڕێکخراوێکی نێودەوڵەتیە کە لە ساڵی ١٩٨٤ەوە کاردەکات بۆ کەمکردنەوەی هەژاری لە سەرانسەری جیهاندا. فریاگوزاری ئیسلامی عێراق لە ساڵی ٢٠٠٣ەوە لە عێراقدا کاردەکات و فریاکەوتنی مرۆی و پشتگیری گەشەپێدانی درێژخایەن پێشکەش بە کۆمەڵگا لێقەوماوەکان دەکات کە بەر تووشی شەڕ، ئاوارەی، هەژاری و کێشەکانی  پەیوەست بە کەشووهەواوە بوونەتەوە.

فریاگوزاری ئیسلامی عێراق جەخت دەکاتەوە لەسەر بوارەکانی ئاسایشی خۆراک و بژێوی، ئاو پاککردنەوە، پەروەردە، تەندروستی، پاراستنی منداڵان و وەڵامدانەوەی کارەسات. ڕێکخراوەکە گرنگی زۆری دەدات بە بەهێزکردنی گروپە پەراوێزخراوەکان لەوانە ژنان، منداڵان و کەسانی خاوەن پێداویستی تایبەت لە ڕێگەی ڕێبازە گشتگیرەکان، بەشدارانە و کۆمەڵگاییەکانەوە. بە ڕێنمایی بنەماکانی مرۆڤایەتی، بێلایەنی و دادپەروەری کۆمەڵایەتی، فریاگوزاری ئیسلامی جیهانی عێراق بە نزیکی لەگەڵ دەسەڵاتە خۆجێییەکان، هاوبەشەکانی کۆمەڵگای مەدەنی و کۆمەڵگا لێقەوماوەکانی کاردەکات بۆ پەرەپێدانی گەشەپێدانی بەردەوام و بنیادنانی بەرخودان.

 

٢-مەبەستی پۆستەکە

مەبەستی سەرەکی ڕۆڵی پاککەرەوە بریتییە لە پاراستنی پاک و خاوێنی ئۆفیسەکە لە ئاستێکی بەرزدا، لەوانە ژوورەکان، چێشتخانە، دەستشۆر و ناوچە هاوبەشەکان، وە هاوکاربێت لە رەخساندنی  ژینگەیەکی کاری تەندروست و سەلامەت بۆ هەموو ستاف و سەردانییکەرەکان.

 

٣- بەرپرسیارێتییە سەرەکیەکان
ا- پاککردنەوەی ڕۆژانە

• سڕین،شتن و تەعقیمکردنی هەموو زەوی ئۆفیسەکە لەوانە: ڕێڕەوەکان و ژوورەکان و مەدخەل.
• سڕینی مێزەکان،پەنجەرە، کورسی و کەلوپەلەکانی ئۆفیس.
• بەتاڵکردن و پاککردنەوەی هەموو سەبەتەی خۆڵەکان و گۆڕینی زەرفەکانیان.
• پاککردنەوە و تەعقیمکردنی هەموو تەوالێت و دەستشۆرەکان.
• پاککردنەوەی چێشتخانەکە لەوانە کەوانتەر، سنگی قاپشتن و مێزی نان خواردن.
• شتنی قاپ و قاچاغەکانی کە لە چێشتخانەکە بەکاردەهێنرێت و وشککردنەوە و هەڵگرتنیان بەباشی.

ب- پاککردنەوەی هەفتانە

• خاوێنکردنەوە و سڕینی پەنجەرەکان، دەسکی دەرگاکان، سویچ پلاکەکان.
• خاوێنکردنەوەی پانکە و سپلیت و ڕەفەی دیوارەکان.
• بە جوانی پاککردنەوەی هەموو کورسی ئۆفیسەکە ، فەرش و بەرپێیەکان.
• ڕێکخستنی کۆگای کەلوپەلی پاککەرەوەکان و ئاگادارکردنەوە لە هەر کەمییەک لە کەلوپەلەکان لە کۆگادا.

ج/ ئەرکی مانگانە یان بەپێی پێویستی

• پاککردنەوەی تەواوی کەلوپەلەکانی چێشتخانە وەک سەلاجە،مایکرۆوەیڤ، کتری و قۆری کارەبای.
• پاککردنەوە و تەعقیمکردنی سەلەی خۆڵ.
• پاککردنەوەی پەنجەرەکانی دەرەوە و مەدخەلەکان.
• هاوکاریکردن لە ڕێکخستنی ئۆفیسەکە لەکاتی کردنی چالاکی و کۆبوونەوەکاندا.

٤– پاکی ئۆفیس و سەلامەتی

• پاراستنی خاوێنی کەسی و لەبەرکردنی جلوبەرگی کاری گونجاو (دەستکێش، ماسک کاتێک پێویست بێت).
• دڵنیابوون لەوەی ماددە پاککەرەوە و کیمیاییەکان بە سەلامەتی هەڵدەگیردرێن و بە ڕوونی ماددەکان دیاربن.
• ڕاپۆرتکردنی هەر زیان یان مەترسییەک لە ژینگەی نووسینگە (وەک: دڵۆپەی ئاۆ، کاشی شکاو، مەترسییە کارەباییەکان).
• پەیڕەوکردنی ڕێوشوێنەکانی سەلامەتی لە کاتی بەکارهێنانی ئامێرەکانی پاککردنەوە و ماددە کیمیاییەکان.
• بەشداریکردن لە هەر ڕاهێنانێکی تەندروستی و سەلامەتی یان پاکیژەیی کە لەلایەن رێکخراوەکەوە پێشکەش دەکرێت.

 

٥. بەڕێوەبردنی پێداویستی و کۆگا

• چاودێریکردنی کۆگای کەرەستەکانی پاککردنەوە، کەرەستەی تەندروستی و پێداویستییەکانی چێشتخانە.
• ئاگادارکردنەوەی خێرای بەڕێوەبەری کاتێک پێداویستی بە پڕکردنەوە هەیە.
• هەڵگرتنی بەرپرسیارێتی بۆ بەکارهێنانی دروست پێداویستییەکانی پاککردنەوە.

٦. میوانداری و ئەرکە پشتگیرییەکان

• پشتگیریکردنی کارمەندان بە چا/قاوە بۆ کۆبوونەوە یان بەپێی کاتێک داوا دەکرێت.
• دڵنیابوون لەوەی کە ژووری کۆبوونەوەکان پاک کراونەتەوە و پێشوەخت ئامادە کراون.
• یارمەتیدان لە ئەرکە لۆجستییە سەرەتاییەکان وەک دانانی کورسی، ڕێکخستنەوەی شوێنەکان بۆ میوانان، و دڵنیابوون لە پاکی دوای ڕووداوەکان.

٧. ڕەفتار

• پاراستنی پیشەیی و ڕێز بۆ هاوکار و میوانان لە هەموو کاتێکدا.
• دڵنیابوون لە نهێنی پارێزی و تایبەتمەندی لەناو شوێنی کار.
• جێبەجێکردنی بەهاکانی ڕێکخراو: دادپەروەری، میهرەبانی، بەرپرسیارێتی، شەفافیەت و ڕێز.

٨. بارودۆخی کار

• شۆێنی کارهەڵەبجە ئۆفیسی ڕێکخراو.
• لە هەندێک کاتدا پێویستە پاککردنەوەی ئۆفیس بکات دوای کاتی کارکردن

٩. پاراستن

• فریاگوزاری ئیسلامی جیهانی سیاسەتی هیچ جۆرە لێخۆشبوونێکی نیە بۆ هەموو جۆرەکانی ئازارو دەستدرێژی سێکسی . چاوەڕوان دەکرێت پاککەرەوە پەیڕەوی لە بنەماکانی پاراستنی رێکخراوەیان بکات، لەوانە پاراستنی منداڵ و ڕێگریکردن لە دەستدرێژی سێکسی و (PSEA).

١٠. ماوە: گرێبەستەکە بۆ ماوەی پێنج (٥) مانگ دەبێت، لەم ماوەیەدا پاککەرەکە پێویستە کار بکات لە ڕۆژانی داواکراو.

 

١١. پارەدان:

• ئەمە پۆستێکی بنەمای ڕۆژانەیە، بە پارەدان کە بە ڕۆژانی کارکردنی ڕاستەقینە حیساب دەکرێت.
• نرخی ڕۆژانە: ٢٥,٠٠٠ دینار عێراقی بۆ هەر ڕۆژێکی کار (٨:٣٠ بەیانی – ٣:٣٠ دوای نیوەڕۆ)
