Main Purpose of the position:

Execute, according to hygienic standards, housekeeping, cleaning and tiding up activities in order to ensure public and staff private areas are in good condition.

الغرض الرئيسي من الوظيفة
تنفيذ أنشطة التدبير المنزلي والتنظيف والترتيب، وفقًا للمعايير الصحية، من أجل ضمان أن تكون الأماكن العامة والخاصة بالموظفين في حالة جيدة.

Accountabilities:

• Cleaning bedrooms, washrooms, and other common rooms in MSF houses.
• Laundry, ironing clothes and other housekeeping activities.
• Support the cook (washing up, cleaning the kitchen, etc.).
• Sweeping and mopping the floors.
• Restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.) as required.
• Upon arrival, prepare hot water for tea/coffee and refill drinking water.
• Check that the toilets are well stocked with paper, hand towels and handwashing soap.
• Check that the water supply (kitchen, showers, etc.) is sufficient during water cuts.
• Keep premises properly locked (doors, windows).
• Report to the supervisor for any maintenance required
• Work and support during deep cleaning activities in MSF office and MSF Guest Houses.
• Cleaning/ Washing all the pathways, indoor parking area and open yards at MSF premises
• Any other housekeeping tasks as directed by the Supervisor

المسؤوليات:

• تنظيف غرف النوم والحمامات وغيرها من الغرف المشتركة في منازل أطباء بلا حدود.
• غسيل الملابس وكيها وغير ذلك من أنشطة التدبير المنزلي.
• دعم الطاهي (الغسيل وتنظيف المطبخ وما إلى ذلك).
• كنس ومسح الأرضيات.
• إعادة تخزين التجهيزات (ورق التواليت والصابون وما إلى ذلك) حسب الحاجة.
• عند الوصول، القيام بإعداد الماء الساخن للشاي/القهوة وإعادة تعبئة مياه الشرب.
• التأكد من أن المراحيض مزودة جيدًا بالورق ومناشف اليد وصابون غسل اليدين.
• التأكد من أن تجهيز المياه (المطبخ والحمامات وما إلى ذلك) كافية أثناء انقطاع المياه.
• إبقاء المباني مغلقة بشكل صحيح (الأبواب والنوافذ).
• إبلاغ المشرف بأي صيانة مطلوبة
• العمل والدعم أثناء أنشطة التنظيف العميق في مكتب أطباء بلا حدود وبيوت الضيافة التابعة لأطباء بلا حدود.
• تنظيف/غسل جميع الممرات ومنطقة وقوف السيارات الداخلية والساحات المفتوحة في مباني أطباء بلا حدود
  أي مهام تدبير منزلي أخرى حسب توجيهات المشرف
