The role involves customer interaction, practical work, and team coordination-perfect for someone ready to lead from the front.Location: Mansfield
Pay: £13.22 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours per week, 1-hour unpaid break)
Contract type: Temporary to permanentKey responsibilities

• Supervise and support team members to ensure efficient operations
• Identify and log any pre-existing damage at job sites
• Develop and communicate clear action plans for each job
• Act as the main point of contact with customers
• Ensure high standards of restoration and cleaning
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation
• Support physical tasks such as packing, stacking and wrapping
• Perform manual handling where required

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics or a similar environment
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic IT skills
• A proactive and responsible attitude
