About the Role
Clean Force is looking for a full-time Team Leader to join our team! Responsibilities include:
- Providing day-to-day supervision and support, including on-site job training.
- Training and coaching new staff on cleaning procedures.
- Prioritising, organising and allocating work areas and tasks to the cleaning staff.
- Ensuring all cleaning is completed in accordance with Customer Service Standards and Contract Specifications (including pre-, interim and final quality inspections).
- Management of resources and rostering, alongside the management team.
- Managing quality, compliance and administrative activities as relevant to your allocated sites and teams.

About You
We are seeking someone who can lead a cleaning team with care and consideration, whilst maintaining a high quality of service. Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
- Experience working with people from vulnerable backgrounds (highly desirable) or a willingness to learn.
- Good skills in training, and an excellent ability to relate to others from different backgrounds.
- The ability to develop relationships and communicate with the wider team.
- The desire to contribute to our purpose and grow with the company.
- Flexibility in working hours.
- A current Victorian driver’s licence (essential).
- White card (desirable).
- Australian National Police Check, Legal Rights to Work in Australia and NDIS Workers Screening Check.
