The Role

As our Client Experience Officer, you will provide a welcoming first point of contact for people seeking to access information or UMFC services. You will contribute to the provision of high-quality reception, office administration and service-specific assistance located in our Albury and Wodonga sites.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity (38.00 hours per week), however we are open to considering part time (32.00 hours per week for suitable applicant).

Your Experience

To be eligible for this role, qualifications in Administration or Business Services and/or extensive Administration/Business Services experience is required.

You will be a person who is passionate about customer service, can understand differing client’s needs and respond in a way that demonstrates a commitment to client satisfaction. In addition, your adept communication skills, both written and verbal and well-developed problem-solving skills are highly desirable.
