The Role

As our next Client Experience Officer, you will provide a welcoming first point of contact for people seeking to access information or UMFC services. You will contribute to the provision of high-quality reception, office administration and service-specific assistance.

Your Experience

To be eligible for this role, qualifications in Administration or Business Services and/or extensive Administration/Business Services experience is required.

You will be a person who is passionate about customer service, can understand differing client’s needs and respond in a way that demonstrates a commitment to client satisfaction. In addition, your adept communication skills, both written and verbal and well-developed problem-solving skills are highly desirable.
