All three operating segments work together to deliver attractive financial outcomes for our clients, and superior shareholder returns.Through our behaviours of telling it like it is, owning it now, and moving it forward together with care and integrity; we are creating an exceptional place to work for exceptional talent.We will consider flexible working arrangements for any of our roles and also offer work place accommodations to ensure you have what you need to effectively deliver in your role.The Role: Client Intelligence AnalystAs part of the Client Insights team your skills will support informing and prioritising strategies to improve customer experience, operational delivery and propositional management/innovation.In this role you will be an integral part of the wider Client Insights team which is responsible for supporting Wealth to understand how we performing against the delivery of good customer experience and outcomes for all customers.The successful applicant will have excellent data science and analytical skills, strong stakeholder management background and be proficient in Microsoft Power BI alongside experience in preferably both financial services and customer experience analysis.Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, own and manage customer dashboards to capture an end to end view of customer outcome performance across the M&G Wealth propositions
  • Presenting CX intelligence back to key stakeholders and senior management at senior management team meetings
  • Actively manage the advisers and customers segmentations to understand our audiences, leveraging from other data sources to learn more about them and ensure the business has the intelligence and the tools to maximise opportunities
  • Working with senior stakeholders across both business arms, to support short and long term initiatives.
  • Proactively generate accurate and actionable insights on key performance trends and drivers to inform business decisions
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting, deploying communications programmes that convey key findings and promote customer centricity across the wider Business.
  • Deliver customer deep dives across the Wealth business, making compelling recommendations so that the wider business has a clear, consistent and timely view of customer outcomes performance
  • Investigate, challenge and reconcile data inconsistencies, ensuring that we have a robust and resilient view of customer data
  • Develop a strategy to ensure customer reporting is adequate for Wealth through combining requirements of risk, governance, operations, propositions and external contractors
  • Work with senior stakeholders to recognise gaps within customer outcomes reporting; develop a plan to rectify gaps; ensure work is being completed to a high standard; and promote new data sources within the business as they become available
  • Develop a strategy to enhance customer reporting through leveraging centers of excellence, data engineering, internal colleagues and other business units
  • Deliver a framework to ensure a consistent development schedule is being achieved by engineering and interact with the business to ensure development is delivering adequate enhancements to the current portfolio of customer data
  • Develop a strategy to build a robust and resilient customer reporting function
  • Support colleagues to adapt to business needs and promote a centre of excellence in data analytics
