Role Title: Client Partner – FAOBU/Segment: Financial Risk and Compliance (FRAC)Location: London, HybridReporting: Senior Vice President. Head of InsuranceWhat the role entails:

  • Build and nurture a strong network and connect with Heads of Transformation, Heads of Change, Operations Directors in the assigned portfolio.
  • Work with large existing BPO insurance group accounts.
  • Integrate and align with the Heads of Transformation and Client Director strategy supporting across outsourcing and transformation solutions.
  • Orchestrate an external partnership network to deliver best in class solutions to client problems.
  • Invest time in developing a deep understanding of the client’s strategy and critical business challenges and maps this to a detailed account plan to expand existing services.
  • Identify opportunities for growth through increased penetration of existing and new product offerings, competitive displacement and process improvement within portfolio.

Experience and background required:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience working with FAO teams or BPO/BPM services for Tier 1 enterprise accounts.
  • Proven track record of senior-level account management and developing relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of BPO services, digital transformation strategies, and emerging trends in FAO operations management.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale outsourcing and transformation initiatives across industries.
  • Knowledge of key operational domains, including process reengineering, analytics, and digital operations, with an emphasis on delivering measurable business outcomes.
